The end of a (short) era...FINE at home, fin. It's been such a pleasure to host these three very talented, ambitious and utterly professional young chefs over the last six weeks. Skill, creativity and bucket-loads of effort have gone into each week's menu. They've showcased wonderful produce from around Fife and plated up dazzling dishes for us to recreate at home.
