Welcome to the West End Bar - Pittenweem's cosy and friendly village pub.
We pour lagers, Guinness and real ales, Scottish gins, malt whiskies, and very quaffable wines. If the sun's out, enjoy a seat outside in our lovely south-facing beer garden. If it's chilly, wrap up in one of our tartan blankets. We're very dog-friendly so please bring yours along. Just let us know when booking a table to eat.

Chef-owner Tim serves up delicious home-cooked dishes, using Fife's and Scotland's wonderful larder throughout the menu. We cater for gluten-free diners and allergies. Please let us know when booking.
We also offer a small but perfectly formed selection of cocktails, a nice little wine list, and Scottish real ales.
**Bookings at 6pm will usually be subject to a 2hr limit.**
You're always welcome to move across to our bar to continue the evening.
Tables booked for 6:30pm or later are yours for the evening.

About Us
Tim and Oonagh bought the West End in December 2017. An Edinburgh native, Tim spent much of his career in London at drinks company Diageo, also taking the professional diploma at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London during a year out from the office. While his job took him to New York for a few years, Oonagh also took the opportunity to spend several years in the Caribbean in hotel management. Running their own place was on the cards for some time, and when they saw the 'for sale' sign at the West End, a conversation over a pint with local Captain Willie started them on the path to buying the place. It's been a rollercoaster ever since, but Tim and Oonagh are delighted to see the pub once again thriving.
